Some Forum topic seperators gone

I no longer have a line between:

Appliances and Interior and Electrical / Electronics

or

Member Classifieds and Campfire

Most of the seperator lines are there, but these two are not. Been gone for about a week.

And yet they are still MIA on my screen. And I noticed on this Campfire topic, no line between Gallery Album Updates and Sportsmobile WIKI.

It is not like it is a big issue, but it may be the first symptom of an issue.

If you have Firefox or another browser with zoom in/out you may have changed the display size accidentally. Things seem harder to read?

I'm running IE8. Everything reads about the same as always, but I did get a new monitor about the same time this started. The new monitor is plug and play and the same resolution as the old one, just larger.
