Tapatalk Upgrade

Tapatalk upgraded their system without warning and broke several things. I'm not sure if it is working partially but I'll be looking into this later today.

I have not noticed anything huge as a problem, but I have noticed some threads not appearing ... Like the yells fella thread.

Well let's see, do you see these threads:

Gen/Tech > Updated EULA and Vendor Information
Gen/Tech > 7 year/200K for Diesels
Meetup/Trip > 2010 Forum Meetup Weekend

And how about:

Classifieds > Online, Craigslist, eBay and Local Ads > 05 350 in Autotrader

Jage, it appears to not show the anouncements at least. Also, frequently crashes when you hit send on a post. Was more stable before.

OK, the upgrade is complete. Hopefully it will be more reliable... please post any differences.

I've noticed that some pictures in posts don't work while others do. I suspect it depends on how the picture is loaded in the post?

There are 4 ways to put a photo in:

1.


2.


3.


4.


#1 and #2 are the least likely to work, if anything is not going to work. That also is only for the one file type, it's possible that there are problems with some other type (although 99% of files around here are jpg)

Unfortunately I'm not sure there is anything I can do... without an iPhone and tapatalk I can't even experiment to see if there is a solution. Definitely if it's something new with the upgrade you should report it to them.
