And it's not following me around, it only happens here. And apparently, I'm not the only one. Seems pretty unlikely we all accidentally clicked on some unwanted adware.

Weird. I never get it using Tapatalk on my phone, though I do get lots of silly ads mixed in the threads, just not pop ups. On my laptop I use Adblock Plus? I think and it works great.

I only saw the Amazon pop up once. As Janet suggested I frequently delete all cookies and website data from my iPhone and other devices. Also have Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Ask Websites Not to Track Me turned on in the Safari Preferences. Seems to help.

I have an iPhone 5 running 10.3.3. No tapatalk.

I've never had a full page pop up come up on any other site. And no, this phone isn't used for nekkid people websites. The screen's way to small for that

I’ve only seen the things you guys describe when I’m not logged on, and that only happens on my work computer as of late because I’ve been migrating to a new company/network which has basically ended up being similar to a reimage.

Hope I’m not jinxing myself here but since I got this phone I haven’t had to log back onto this site once that I can remember and I have yet to see any pop ups at all. I’m using an iPhone 7 on ios 11.4.1 with no tapatalk.

I frequently get this on my iPhone when logged in. In fact when I clicked on this thread the infamous amazon pop up appeared followed by a message that I won a prize. I’m posting this from my phone after shutting down the page and coming back. I will try to post the picture of the pop up from my desktop.

I just had an identical experience as described above on my iPhone about 15 minutes ago, very common when I am on this site.

Android phone + Chrome browser + signed-in. Only see the inline ads within a thread, never any pop-ups on this site.
