Yep, I'm bringing it up again. Perhaps a few thousand of you will 'thank' this post, but I doubt it. And here's why.....
So, like every other platform we modern screen-slaves use you see something you like here and you want to let the poster know you approve. You look for that thumbs up 'like' button just like the rest of social media these days but you only see a 'thank' button. ????
???? That's not really what you meant. You simply like it, you don't really 'thank' it.
Anyway, you click it. It opens a dialogue box which you have to accept with another unnecessary click, but you're not done yet, that opens ANOTHER dialogue box telling you your thanks has been sent.
REALLY? What year is it? Why not a simple
like button that gets the job done and you can get on to your slobbering over vans instead of a computer engineering project just to say you liked something?
