Awesome work!
What is on all the surfaces? The gray fabric looking stuff, how did you get it to form around the curves?

Re: 2000 4x4 Ford Van Build
Lovely job. Absolutely lovely.
What did you use for the side walls before you put in the cabinets? It looks as if it had no seems and went up and around the cut out for the roof. How did you do that?
I am so impressed!!

Re: 2000 4x4 Ford Van Build
Thank you for all the positive comments...
The grey walls are a automotive grade carpet, it is easy forming and great to work with. This weekend I will photograph and conclude the build to this point.

Re: 2000 4x4 Ford Van Build
After a great summer enjoying the traveling and useing the van I want to say thanks to everyone for their positive comments etc. I hope in some way the build has encouraged others to possibly to do the same.
Over the weekend I have aquired another 4wd van. I am not sure exactly what I will do to it at this point but I plan to try something un-traditional.... Here are some photo's of the before. Once I get on the way I may start a new thread.

First you need some new wheels. Besides that it looks good.
