Re: 2000 4x4 Ford Van Build

Found another "Westy Euro" top for you just like the one you put (2) on the first van, give me a heads up if your interested. The canvas was in fairly good shape just needed a cleaning but it was missing the lift struts.
Hope you had a great "Turkey Day"

Cheers

Re: 2000 4x4 Ford Van Build

A little update on the new van .
I have not fully decided which direction I will go with the interior. I have insulated and built the walls and floor. Photos will come soon.
This is the exterior to this point.

On the way to the paint shop.

All back together...

Super easy all headlight supports have allowance for both sealed and composite. You also need pigtails from composite headlights and the wire are typically same colors. You also need 4, 2 on each side, slides that hold the headlight in.

Re: 2000 4x4 Ford Van Build

Well the new project has possibly come to an early end. This is what happens when a 16 year old in a full sized Dodge Ram truck runs a red light. She hit so hard that it knocked me all the way around facing the other direction on the other side of the intersection. The van actually went up on two wheels and did not roll. An amazing ride! So now is the fight between insurance companies trying to prove the value..
