2001 Quigley with NEW shocks!

After talking to Chris @ u-joint about my suspension, I had my stock shocks replaced with Bilstein Shocks 5100.
What a difference!
I have a 2001 E350 7.3 PDS 260,000 miles>>>>>and this thing drives like a Cadillac!
If your van rides hard, replace shocks with Bilstein.
My van is a daily driver and I bought it with 180,000 miles.
I wish I would have done this the 1st week of ownership!
Photos in my Gallery.

I want to thank Kelly and Josh at Low Range 4x4 in Wilmington NC for a great install.

PS: these guys are going to be installing a aft axle auxiliary diesel 55 gallon tank in a few weeks on my rig so I'll keep you posted.

Re: 2001 Quigley with NEW shocks!

Great to know. Looking to do the same thing in my Chevy as recommended by M.I.T. in El Cajon. I love everything about the Chevy but the SMB rides a lot better. I'm hoping the Bilsteins will get it close to the SMB. The Chevy will be my daily driver if/when my Ford sells.

What about 2wd? Since I don't have the 4wd is there a certain shock to get? I have a 2006 5.4L

Yeah the 5100's are a good shock not sure about 2wd but I'm sure they would have a system for 2wd. I know they put them on Toyota Prerunner's and those are 2wd.
My old shocks must have been so bad because there is a night and day difference after the new shocks.
