Installed the front headliner and cut the panel for the back headliner.

Cut the wall panel for the passenger side and have it ready to cover up tomorrow. I thought I'd try this method out instead of building another panel to cover up the column.
Hi, did you plan anything against water/steam between the steal body and the panels?

Skinny: when are you planning on being at Ramsey's shop? If I can get some time, I'd like to check out your rig, and possibly have Ramsey take a look at my 4WD setup......

Re: 2013 E350 New Build

It appears that my van has packed on a few lbs. since I weighed it right after the build. About 1400 lbs of gear, food, and water.
My front axle came in at 4340 and the rear at 4925 for a total of 9265.
I was supposed to leave today but it looks like I'm going to be a few days late. I had ordered a few things at the last minute that I have to wait for and the pretty much didn't sew the covers together on the mattress I ordered, like I had asked. The new one will be here Wednesday so hope to get on the road by the afternoon.

Hope to get out there by the weekend. I will have to check with Ramsey to see when he can get me in because I'm running a few days late now.

Yes, I cut out most of the interior layer. I was able to do a lot better job of insulating without it there.

Seriously, are you building vans? I did a "home build" and it looks like a frickin' yard sale compared to what you have done. pm me if you are actually considering doing some van work for cash. I have most, if not all appliances and such for you.

How do you like the 3m bra? I was contemplating wrapping my van in it to protect it. Did you just get the hood bra or did you wrap anything else with it?

great build thread!
I'm also building mine (non 4x4).

I have a question about your passenger swivel seat.
Is it an OEM original seat from the van?
what swivel did you use?

I was looking at a model made Factory RV Surplus. But I'm worried it's not going to swivel without bumping on the door or dog house.
