2014 E-250 - Fuel access for Webasto/Espar Heaters

I'm installing a Webasto AirTop 2000 STC in my home built camper van. I'm struggling as to where to get fuel for the unit.

According to the install instructions I should tap into the return fuel line because the 2014 E-250 is a fuel injected engine with a fuel pump installed in the fuel tank. The caveat to this is that the return line should extend almost to the bottom of the fuel tank. Does anyone know if this is the case so that I don't have to take my fuel tank apart to figure it out?

Searching through the forums, I see that mgmetalworks mentioned that he installed a couple Espar heaters. Maybe I'll get lucky enough that he sees this and chimes in on how he tapped into the fuel system. :-)
