AWD van is now listed on CL in Las Vegas - asking $29.5K
I just created an add that i listed in the Las Vegas Craigs List as it is the closest metro area to our little desert oasis located one hour north of the LV Airport in Pahrump Nevada.
Here is the link to the CL Listing:
https://lasvegas.craigslist.org/cto/...315147581.html
It has an updated more fine-tuned listing of the mods i mentioned in my prior post.
Thanks for any views!
Thom

As a follow up to the sale of our Chevy Express AWD conversion... Here is the official post concerning the van i listed for sale at ~7pm on 4/30/2021. I listed it over at two forums related to overland expedition and van-builds i've been involved with since ~2007. (expeditionportal.com and sportsmobileforums.com)
About two hours later on Friday evening, a DM by a long-time follower of our Chevy Express AWD build project was sent to my inbox. Now i didn't know the DM had been sent as i usually shut all digital gadgets down around 8pm. When i opened up my gmail the next morning i saw the DM from the fellow forum member, the first of over two dozen overnight contacts about the van. And over the course of Saturday there were at least another ~18 or so DMs from others showing interest. I replied with my phone number to the fellow member and first-of-all-contacts, and a few minutes later was talking to the future-new-owner of the van.
I am leaving it up to them to reveal their identity out of courtesy.
Cari and i look forward to reading about the continuing adventures with the van we so mindfully had a hand in creating over the last decade.
Cari was having a tough time yesterday as she realized it would be heading to a new home within a short time. We had many amazing adventures in that van, and when we utilized it in our #TwoVanCaravan during a two year on the road adventure living entirely out of the two-room-rolling condo.
The Chevy will no longer blaze the trail for us. From here out, it will be a solo-van journey in our Promaster (the following van in this photo of the two of us near Pikes Peak CO)

The Chevy drives off into the sunset
The new owner, who will be named at some point drove off into the sunset tonight. It was bitter sweet for both Cari & eye-to-see it go. The great thing is, it is in good hands and we can follow their adventures as times goes on.
