Hey somebody is paying attention! lol. It took Aluminess 3 shipments and 4 months to get me my whole order...at least they only charged me for shipping the first one.

Front is a thunderstruck bumper from bumpersuperstore.com in smooth steel, with dual 3" cube light holes, winch mount, and front receiver (which I keep a step in so I can work on the motor)

The kit I am using is from cooling mist. It is the stage 2 diesel kit with a 7 gallon tank upgrade. Www.coolingmist.com It has a gauge that shows boost and let's you adjust the boost pressure set points on the fly the progressive spray start and full flow.

I didn't get a chance to finish the controller install before we left town, but I'll post details when I finish that up. Easiest place to add it is to delete the AIH and put the injector in that port with a boost gauge adapter to act as a bushing to step down to 1/8" npt.

Also I found methane adds a lil power boost but is not necessary for cooling, and hard to source when driving across country. Now I run straight water. I was filling up the 7 gallon water tank when I filled up with diesel each time.

So I drove the van about 1,000 miles to our Colorado home yesterday without issue. Was loaded down with our family of 5 plus 3 dogs and 2 teenage friends of my son.

Here's as far as I got on the cabinet before we left.

I need to find the trim ring for the blue ray player, it came out of the wrecked van. (so did the tv)

Dude!!! You must win an award for the fastest van build-out ever accomplished!!
Way impressive.

(Seriously....is there **anything** with these vans that you can't do/build yourself?
You are the man....)

Big congrats on making it all happen so your vacation could happen!!!
