Difficult to do in a old curved wall econoline, seems the bed lifts would take up too much space, certainly easier to do in one of the new van platforms with vertical walls.
Matt at AVCrig used unistrut with some handled cam locks at each corner for his bed lifts on Sprinters or Transits before going to an electric lift mechanism.
Id say get a small enclosed trailer to tow your bikes and gear in.
