Have used these in single & bunk configuration, and they work well. A really nice addition is the "organizer" that velcro's to the cot - it's great for storing water bottles, keys, flashlights, vitamins, etc. - anything small. They're well built, and heavier than others at 50+lbs each. When I bought years ago, they were the only cot i could find made in america (this makes a difference for me). At 11", the lower bunk should clear the wheelwell???

Planning to pick up a set of the kid's versions to run width wise behind the front seats. It should fit between the driver's side and the footwell to get out of the barn doors.
