Well it surely is great news that it seems that the challenges of contacting the busy folks at CCV may still exist (due to the sheer volume of interest), but the customer service aspect of what they do for myself and others seems to be just fine. Glad that I posted this so many months ago as a question instead of an accusation. Seems to be just fine to me now. I am hopping in my van on Friday the 15th to head out to CCV for my install. Amber has been very helpful and returns my calls whenever I leave her a message. Best of luck to all of you, and thanks to everyone for the feedback on this thread.
