Mine is an EB as well. I looked back a page after posting and see what your referring to. Did you cut the back down so you could place the sofa closer to the wall? The pedestal with storage underneath is a great idea. My batteries are underneath the van so space for them wouldn't be needed. Drawers would be nice though. Thanks for the ideas.

Yes I did. Its closer and the window isnt obstructed. I saw your link on battery storage under van and may go that route although was planning on under van propane tank going on passenger side. Also it was only $109 for sofa..
Wish it were warm enough to git er done...

Reworked sofa. built new box, wife upholsteded the Ikea mattres and added a 2" memory foam. Gained 5" floor space. Opens easy with 3 drop down legs once opened. Room under for propex htr and batteries (maybe)

12 gal fresh water tank in and gravity fill installeded. Just need to open barn door to fill. Drain will go to street with collapsable jug for grey water when need arises.
