Hi, put in a Titan Fuel tank where the spare tire goes, it's about 42 gallons and pumps into the main tank with a switch on the dash and has separate filler.
Then you will need a spare tire carrier, but will have over 70 gallons of fuel!

Those are great options. But I don't need the extended range getting over 25 mpg.
Then again, if its prone to leak after shortening.. That's a different story.
Hi rebar, still worth talking to jake. He has many options, knows what dims need changing to accommodate xfer case. He can also mod a clean inspected stock tank if you do not need the larger capacity. He can also add a skid plate and aux fuel supply if you need that.

Missing my 46 gallon tranferflow! I can't live with my supposedly 31 gallon but can never get more than 27 gallons in Quigley cut down V10 Gas tank. I am getting know the attendants by their first name. After a few phone calls and getting "we can't sell you a tank" or "we have diesel only" comments I decided to just do it my self.
I tracked down this tank that says it came out of a 2004 5.4L ford. Not sure what it was in prior but it looks like a Triton and has fuel pump and skid plate already with it. So do you think I could mount this aft and make it work. I dont mind doing a little fabrication. How do I hook it up to the existing fuel system? It has its own pump and sending unit. Even if I had to install an A/B swith and fuel switch i wouldn't mind. any input would be great
Trying to install in 2009 EB Quigley with cut down ford factory existing fuel tank.
