It's been a challenge to find fully reclining seats, but discountvantruck.com in Bell Gardens CA (just South of Los Angeles) seems to have them, along with swivel front seat bases for 96+ Fords that include a Piro seat belt bracket that connects to the air bag system.

Has anyone on this list had experience with fully reclining front seats and/or discountvantruck.com?
Any advice would be appreciated -- either on or off the list.
If you email me your phone number, we can chat that way.

I bought the Magellan II's from discountvantruck.com.. they actually sent me to their installer/ manufacturer for my custom version.
Instead of picking up an already made one, I had one custom made; same model but different material. They had a bunch of sample materials to chose from and I picked a special softer then soft leather vinyl marine blue. I originally wanted to get real leather only but after looking at the specs related to UV exposure factor, tear and wear factor, I picked the leather-like vinyl material.
It feels softer then calf leather..like baby skin but very durable.
It took about a week to make them.
I enjoy the seats a lot; especially for the price.
For the total price, I also bought a matching leather-like vinyl third child seat.
With tax it was just about $1K for everything; two seats, 3rd seat, brackets to mount the third seat, and they helped get the two front seats replaced out at the shop with imprevised brackets for the existing swivels.
They then referred me to yet another shop to get the third (Child) seat with brackets mounted/drilled through the floor for another $120.00.
Overall the manager at that Install/Manufacturing Shop was very helpful. They were quite busy when I went there the two times I went there. They were making all kinds of RV seats, beds, etc..
Here is a pic of my discountvans's custom seats:
