Re: Gravity based water system?

I use a "Whale" hand pump mounted behind my sink. Works great, a lot of water per stroke and simple design means little to go wrong. They are used a lot in the marine industry, they have a long history and good reputation. I have a 20 gallon water tank under the bed right over the rear axle. In the winter just drain the tank and pump the handle a couple of times and they are good for freezing weather.

Re: Gravity based water system?

I like the Whale foot pumps if you have a system, it frees up both hands for washing or showering.
Nothing beats gravity flow for fool proof.
