Jackson Hole Wy would be good aswell. Also sept. is a great time to do it because most people are done with Vacations and it's a little more peaceful.

Ok so lets give this a date and real location late september and anywhere in wyoming or colorado works for me. Once someone throws states a for sure date and location we can see who all is interested.

From what I see these are the states interested people come from or are interested in:
Colorado
California
Wyoming
Montana
Oregon
Washington?
East coast
Texas
New-York

The best would be to find a central located place to meet
