How do you contact Colorado Camper Vans?

We have our pop top install scheduled in 6 weeks. We put a deposit down back on March 1st. I haven't heard from CCV in a few months. I've tried calling them and emailing them to confirm exactly what options we are getting. No response to emails or voicemail. I'm getting a little worried.

Does anyone have any other way to contact them?

Keep calling. I heard the sales guy Matt left, and as usual, I'm sure Derek is a little overwhelmed. Be the squeeky wheel, it's worth it in the end!

Not to be "that guy" but if its that hard to get ahold of them before they do anything to your van...

I know noone here has any complaints about their products but their customer service always seems to be mentioned here and there for being sub par.

Seems it's a common theme amongst extremely in demand van builders.. Try getting ahold of Peter at SMB West!

Seriously though, it can be a challenge, but the top is so much better, it's worth it. There's not a lot of options!

I wouldnt even try calling Sportsmobile at this point. I am sure they are swamped as well. I was just stating the obvious I guess. #vanlife

Ok sorry about the derailing, I have no way to get ahold of them outside of the phone or email.

Oh man. Jsweezy...ya shouldn't-ah done gone and posted that pic....

Sorry for re-de-railing the thread --- but dang, that U-Joint lifted (and presumably indeed 4WD) low-roof Transit on no-nonsense steel rims is HOT! Totally transforms the proportion. It just looks...right.

Okay....enough side-tracking...
***heeeeeave!***
(Trying to push the thread back onto the rails again.)

Just lifted as per his Facebook page: "suspension lift installed"... almost sounds like a kit?
