Thanks for the welcome back! You all have been a great resource to pull from over the years.
The conversion is a Denver Fleet (DF) system. The owner, Tim converts about 10 or so vans a year I believe and he's been refining them as he's went. He uses a system similar to Quigley with a 5 link setup. Four lower link arms and a pan hard bar.
DF uses a coils for their conversions and their own CNC'd link arms. The drivetrain and steering is a front Dana 60 from a 2010 F350 and NV271 transfer case bolted directly to the output on the transmission.
To be honest it rides better than my 04 SMB but I have not driven it yet loaded.

Me too! Trying to get the new purchase ready for a hasty trip to Boise to pick up my raft.
I must say I have a few projects going right now so my attention is divided. My 109 year old house remodel, my 1947 Dodge and the new to me van.
Today we pulled the rubber flooring, scrapped and sealed some minor rust and made the 2 layer flooring (insulation & plywood). My next step is to secure the flooring and then adhere the marine flooring to the AC plywood.

Thanks!
For you Facebookers, here's Denver Fleet's page. They have a lot of vans going out the door.
