ISO Air vent louvers

Can’t find these available online anymore. Technically, the person used it as an additional air vent, BUT FOR ME I’M JUST LOOKING TO ADD ANOTHER COOL LOOK AS I PLAY WITH THE VAN. If it helps to exhaust hot air, I guess that’s a bonus. Does anyone have a current link to an item like this? That’s actually for sale and will fit the space on the top of the fender next to the doors?
