Nice P-car pairing Todd. My wife and I are shrinking our tiny collection, down to 4 pcars after selling her summer commuting 03' Boxster S last year. Vans, race cars, drag cars, collector cars, I love em all.

Still have my track prepared flame shooting 2500lb 400rwhp 964 RSR 3.8 bodied 1982 930 Turbo. It started my track addiction. Just see's the street for exercise since I began racing the 944 in 2008. Insane acceleration, amazed I'm still alive every time I drive it.

You need to drive RMP... PCA also does autocross at Bremerton airport on an old WWII runway. Bags of fun! Bring that GT3 north!

I had an '89 930 that I tried to track... couldn't keep it under me! That must be some beast you have!

I noticed your 944 race car in the video. I have a daughter trying to convince me to buy her a 944 for the track... she's dreaming.

Yeah, I do need to drive RMP. Some day. I have been out to check out an autocross at the Bremerton airport. It was a cold, wet day (imagine that up there!). We lived not far from there in University Place.

I know I have side-tracked your thread but I hope we can stay in touch. As mentioned earlier, we are up there for about a 4 weeks of the summer. Mostly just hanging at the lake, lots of water skiing, BBQ, beer, etc. Would be fun to meet up.

Extra insulation pays off

During the build tried to retain as much ceiling height as possible but also wanted it well insulated. I initially installed half inch R3.2 Polyiso but decided I had room for another layer with vapor barrier. Very happy I did as the pictures below highlight, also posted some of these on the campsite thread.

Hey Lyall,
I was checking out some of your other pictures and was wondering what stove/sink combo you installed?
I'm thinking I may want to do something like this.

It's a SMEV / Dometic 8821 I bought from an Ebay seller in the UK Dec 2018. Was $230GBP including shipping. My unit included the faucet with single handle mixing lever and drain kit. Comes with burner left or right and the 7" burner grate and 3700btu rating does all we've asked thus far.

I just searched Ebay and it appears you need to get the faucet and drain separately these days. Do some searching, prices are all over the place.

Outlet pressure is 6"-18" W.C. super low as 18" is .65psi. I ordered this valve for the 1lb propane can that runs it and used some good fuel grade hose.
