This is the start of my build and first van. Bought Kermit a few months ago with 86000 miles.
1997 E350
Clydesdale 4x4 Conversion
5.4L V8.
Smittybilt Rooftent
Interior was empty, rhino liner on the floor inside.
Built a bed platform last weekend and sealed the roof leaks.
More to come as we figure out what the build direction will be.
With all the rain around the PNW area havent had much time to work on the build. Did get a tempporary-ish floor installed over the weekend. Will see how it works on our first trip.
Whats the insulating material you put down there??
And it looks like you said whatever and stuffed the walls where you could. More insulation is better for sure! I remember on member here saying that they were worried about condensation leading to corrosion and would check back there from time to time to see if that was the case.

It was R-Tech board I got from Lowe's. I stuffed the wall with batting before I read about the batting maybe being a problem and eventually falling apart. Since it's already in there and this is a temporary thing until I decide what I want to do with the walls. I will leave it in for this trip.
A few updates, it's starting to come together. Changed directions on the bed, this is kinda temporary for an up coming trip in a few weeks. nothing is mounted yet. Will complete/clean up when we are back.
