After spending a year developing a new 4x4 van conversion kit we debuted it at overland expo.

Our demo van is still a work in progress but I thought id share build pics:

bought a blown up an abused ex-boarder patrol truck for the axles, 4.10's

sounded like a good idea-deal...well I should have known better!

nothing on the axles wasn't worn out! including chipped ring gear teeth
