Great idea!!
Very cool / cleverly packaged solution.

Where will it drain to?
Some sort of flex line attached beneath it? Or is it positioned directly above a drain hole of some sort in the floor?

It will be routed to a 10 gallons gray tank underneath. Flex drain line is what we have in mind. Still waiting for Mike to finalize the design.

Very impressed! Love the idea. More pics, please, after you have the drain worked out. Curious minds want to know...

Clever use of space. Will the drawer be supported from underneath when in use (rather than put all the load on the extended slides)?

Would any support come from the drawer face contacting the floor, or would the pan be resting on some kind of support as well?

I want to know too, but I'm guessing the double slides and the drawer face hold it up. There's usually enough flex in drawer slides where it would slide out without much force and still seat to the floor on the drawer face without tweaking anything. Still, I'm also anxious to hear.

I have seen a really narrow floor drain before but can't remember where.

Very cool stuff!

Super smart! I built my fridge with accuride slides that are lock/in/lock/out and 500lb weight capacity. I'd bet this will work awesome and only need a curtain to prevent water from splashing back into the wood.

+1 on wanting to know how this will drain.

I like how it looks regardless.
