When did you find this van? I'm not asking where and I wouldn't share that if I were you if there's any chance you might want it. My reasoning is that these are VERY desirable and hard to find and if you don't have some money down on it it is likely do disappear quickly.
I agree with all above, lots of work on this one. If all you want is a solid passenger van to make an easier/simpler homebuilt camper out of then just look for a 5.4l or V10 if you can find it. There was a nice one on Expo a couple days ago, V10 for $7900 I think. All stock passenger van with a slider. Silver.
