Non Emergecy Medical Transportation

Here is what I'm working with 1999 E250 built by Leader Emergency Vehicles

Overhead console with Emergency start,Fast idle.

Front storage cabinet.

Rear TV,VCR

The jump seat is original, the storage bins I picked up from the junk yard, their from a freightliner sleeper.

The fold up bed from the Freightliner. I haven't figured out how to mount it yet.

I'm not sure what I want to do with this box yet, maybe make it a sink.

The battery box, holds three batterys.

Someday I'll convert it to 4x4.

I would totally build an Xterra style basket for the front of the roof above the cab.

Looks like you won't be left wanting for spare electronics switches.

Congrats on the purchase.

An off road light bar would look good on the raised top at the front or like Zaskoda said, build a rack with some light mounts. Pretty cool van to start with, looks like a V10 emblem on the front?

I like the top. Looks tall enough to stand in, but not so tall as to reduce fuel economy.

Good luck,

Mike

I like the idea of an Exterra style rack. I probably won't do a light bar. I had off road lights galore on my 4x4 Tacoma and never really used them, they do look good though.
It's a Triton V-8 badge, lots of miles on it, but the van was fleet maintained and the price was right.

More photos of the freightliner bed pieces? Might get you some ideas on mounting.

Re: Non Emergecy Medical Transportation

Will do. I'd like to mount it to the side of the van as the Freightliner had it, to keep it off the floor but that requires cutting into the interior walls. If I mount it to the floor it's a lot easier but loose a little space
