That's awesome Tracker!

Busy day today. Started off with a trip to a CAT scale. Super easy if anyone hasn't done this before. Drive on the scale, press the button, ask for a 'first weigh', head inside and pay. $12 here in NC.
Gross - 5360lb
Front Axle - 3000lb
Rear Axle - 2360lb

Removed the factory jack mounts. Drilled out rivets and some brute force.

Sub floor is in and complete. Used the carpet as a starter template...cut, fit, trim, repeat...repeat....repeat. Wife says it was 4 hours....felt like more!

Installed Reese hitch for the bikes

and finally one fun bit...blacked out the Ford badge with plastidip.

Score...got 4 Thule feet for rain gutters at our local bicycle recycling shop for $20. Had store credit as well, so more or less free. Have several sets of bars to choose from in the garage.

Wow, you got that from my town, which is not very big, but I've never heard of the place.

Congrats Blue Steel, I mean FCAsheville.

^^^ Whoops---do I notice some residual wrap on the fuel door?

Of course that's not a bad idea to leave it---sticks out for safety!

Not a big update, but was able to get the wheel covers painted this weekend. It's not wheels, tires, and a lift, but a little spray paint makes a huge difference!

Wool insulation was delivered. Might try and tackle that along with the vinyl flooring this weekend.

Finished up install of inexpensive backup cam this morning. Thought about one integrated in head unit but if there's an issue I don't have to pull the dash to troubleshoot replace and Crutchfield is hurting for mid priced head units right now. So $25 later on Amazon....for the price it's decent enough and actually came with enough wire to get all the way back and across the back of the van. Tapped into reverse light.

Nice looking Dane, several van-ers are Dane owners it seems... Here's my two back in 2015 when I came home with the new van.

Good luck with your build!
