I have a fantastic fan in the front, and installed an opening window in the rear. When I set the fan on exhaust and open the window I get a really nice breeze when I'm trying to sleep. Prior to that it was like a hot box back there. I have heard that leaving it open while driving can pull in exhaust fumes, which makes sense since I use to get a lot of dust sucked in around the doors.
