Let us know what you find. Its been raining all week in Norcal, so Im in research mode.

Another option I like is making my own tri-fold reclining sofabed and having these guys make the cushions (assuming they are cheaper than a good local guy):

Re: Q: Ideas on bed frame and attachment

A local upholstery guy was able to find that dark gray material that borders the top frame. I plan on doing my side walls, door plastic and new headliner with it. He also said he'd make the 3 or 4 fold bed cushions to my liking. He did some seats and dashboard in a 68 camaro convertible I restored, and was impressed.

I just want the rain to stop...

Q: Ideas on bed frame and attachment

So here is my setup, before I ripped out the right side and started redesigning for the bed. I don't like what I have done as I will be losing cabinets due to my lack of forthought.

Re: Q: Ideas on bed frame and attachment

No kitchen area? Im doing the 50 type plan, except i will be having a solid wall behind the drivers seat, so I can attach an extendable laptop swivel wall mount. Since I have a HP DV-7 (gets live ATSC TV in HD, DVD, 17.5 inch screen and I sent up my direct TV spare receiver with mini-dish set-up.

My kitchen is proving to be interesting, since I have an Engel MR040F Fridge/freezer, which opens from the top. I got some sliders and will have it slide out of the cabinet with the push of a button.

Figuring out the locations for the AIMS 1500 watt pure sine wave inverter/charger, Morningstar controller, Blue sea 7622, dual AGM's and various other electrical items is difficult in itself. But, Im having a blast.

Anyone know where to get those button cap kits for the walls? I should have plenty of material left.
