I don't think it would be worth the effort.

Why don't you call Fiberine and ask them about compatibility between those two bodies?

Dodge roof is narrower, and has flat gutters. The Ford roof is wider, and is curved slightly. It would proably work if you don't mind it being narrower.

What about the Ford top in the background of your picture?

Also from my very limited (1 project) experience in fiberglass, I'd imagine that wider is much worse, anything else can be modified to meet the roof line in some fashion. It does seem a bit like a square peg in a round hole when there ought to be a lot of round pegs around.

Re: raised roof from a Dodge to a Ford

thanks for the info carry they have both ford and dodges there with our rised roof so i can do some measurements and see

also need to re think the roof rack if we go with the raised roof

could weld nuts to plates and fiberglass them in the inside of the roof to mount the rack on the out side...

i have done so much with fiberglass dont remember the first time i worked with it....

if any one has seen or have for Astro truck caps i design the sheel for the 2000 ford super duty short and long bed, dodge quad cab dakota and the sport track and the lids for the same
