Remove Factory Jack Mounts

Just starting my project and sub floor is next. Couldn't find anything in a search so here's a quick question.

Any tricks or techniques already known for removing the hardware holding the factory jack in place? Looks like some heavy duty rivets.

I've used a medium-sized center punch to remove the rivet mandrels then a 1/4" drill bit to remove the rivet body from the body sheet metal. They look substantial but aren't anything more than basic steel, easy to remove.
