You missed probably the most important point. Seatbelt clasp is identical between the two, but the Ford clasp has a tensioner in it set to activate on airbag deploy where as the sienna doesn’t. So there is some modification that needs to be made to the sienna seat to make the Ford clasp fit. But yes, you can make the sienna fit in the perfect location, while “just” missing the B pillar.

Thanks for the reply. My van already has a power driver base. Plan is to mount a swivel and create my own brackets for the sienna seats. I’ll track the process and see if I can make something work.
