Back from Montana, great trip and tons of fun. More on the trip and the good times soon but first I need to solve some problems. I lost the vacuum pump on the way back and am replacing that now (it's fun...but a complete PITA) and noticed I have some wear in the hose from the turbo to the intercooler under the clamp. I took it off and it is work through wear the previous owner over tightened it...so down to the stealership and sure enough they have one...for $135!! WTF?!?! 14" of pipe for $135!!
Anyone know where I can order one cheaper? It is the blue 4" (ish) diameter hose that goes from the output of the turbo pipe to the passenger side of the intercooler.
Yeah yeah more on the trip later including...getting stuck in the mud, hot dogging it up hills and lots of trail miles, a bear encounter and awesome beers. Glacier NP may be my favorite NP of all!

ok so it is only 2.5" in diameter and with the bend is only about 10" long. This is the blue pipe that goes from the metal output line from the turbo to the input on the side of the intercooler.

I've found Rockauto to have good prices, but I find their part search tool very cumbersome.

You can find cheaper, but then you get cheaper. We tried NAPA for turbo hoses and went back to Ford. Big difference in quality and longevity.

Try "Alligator performance". They deal with everything diesel related and can get you what you need.

The pipe I am looking for looks like the one below and neither RiffRaff or Alligator seem to have the right pipe.

dunno about the quality of these hoses on high boost apps, ive used them for low boost applications for years with no issues, but never saw boost pressures over 25lbs.

Nice little 4" Ujoint lift and now we have some new shoes!
Still trying to figure out the right Bilsten shocks for it....LPS is not very helpful with this type of thing. Next up is building the xfer case and getting this thing out in the wild.
Unfortunately since I've been in the shop with it so much trying to build it out I am now convinced I want something more akin to the EB 50 or EB 51...it truly never ends.
