I did however do the front end swap. Click image for larger version

A video is in the editing but I’m not necessarily fast on that...sooner hopefully than later on the vid. This just happened so...

I have many parts available for sale as of now. Unfortunately the fender has sold, but here is the parts thread.

My fender sold but I do have the lights and grime still available. Interested?

New update, I have been working on swapping the old doors for the newer style. Not just the door cards though. The 03’ has power everything and trying to use the newer switches was a wiring pain. It I have figured it out with the help of a good friend. I’ll post some pics and vid soon. Also what’s your opinion on which mirrors to keep? I like the ones with the secondary mirror at the bottom. They can be adjusted separately Click image for larger version

I have the mirrors w/ the secondary mirror at the bottom on my 2003 e250. They're pretty solid and I'd go with them, but I will say that mine don't seem to move independently from the main mirror. Maybe they'll move separately with a little more force, I've been cautious, not wanting to snap any pieces of 16 year old brittle plastic that may be holding them in place. With the main mirrors optimally positioned, the lower mirrors actually don't line up to be super useful. If you do move your head around a little, they can be super helpful when getting close to a curb when parallel parking.
