Re: SOCAL build

Finally back to working on the van. Sent it off to have the walls and ceiling done. Should have it back in a couple weeks and I will do the flooring, benches then wrap up the plumbing and electrical.

Re: SOCAL build

Got it back today, all that is left is flooring, cabinets, plumbing and electrical. Am going to use a grey colored laminate flooring like this: http://www.lumberliquidators.com/ll/c/F ... C/10023599

Re: SOCAL build

Got the floor in today. Went with a different style, it was on sale for .50 sqf, could resist. Glued all the boards and liquid nail to the bed, its in there for good. Cabinets and benches this weekend.

Re: SOCAL build

Some more back breaking work. It is tough on the back working inside the van. Got the plumbing done today and started the carpet tiles. Using 18" carpet tiles and 3/4" aluminium angle to cover everything.

For the bench tops I am using 6' piano hinges.
