Source for Cargo Light/Brake light?

A question: anyone know of a source where we can get a combo cargo light/third brake light assembly for a 2006 E-350?

Sort of like what a pickup truck has on the body at the back of the cab, facing into the truck bed?

We'd like to add it into the high top assembly, so we can use the cargo light as a discreet light for the camp site/access to the trailer...

I put a clear combo LED 3rd brake light on my van. It's intended for the '04-'08? F150. Turns out the roof profile is the same. Brake wires were the same color. For the cargo light I just tapped into the rear dome light. It larger than the E-series light (and more importantly, the seating surface), so I put some black flexible sealant around the light.
