Re: Sweet deal for a home builder

Hi,

Birch is likely no worse than Mexican terra cotta tiles or clay kitty litter.

Regards,

Gavin

Re: Sweet deal for a home builder

Russian Baltic Birch sheets are usually 5x5 or 4x8 and have cryllic symbols inked in a corner.

There are also varying grades of BB; the local stuff I buy has an A face and a B face with footballs. Doesn't really matter for my application since it's 100% covered with something.

IIRC, 5x5 6mm/ 1/4" is $14/sheet locally.
