Swivel seats on a sideways moving track

I Want to have a mini dinette in the front part of my bed with seating for two. The table will be removeable. I want to build a track system so I can mount two bucket seats on swivels with attached seatbelts facing inward. I want to be able to slide them together toward the center and then rotate them forward facing using swivel bases so i can carry two extra passengers safely when needed. I expect to travel with another couple and we would tow their microlight trailer.
Has anyone done this, Can you recommend seats from another vehicle? What about tracks? I'm trying to build this using parts from other vehicles from u-wrench-it style salvage yards rather than buy custom equipment. I hope to use tracks and seats from another vehicle that allow considerable f/r movement. By adding swivel I should be able to reorient them to move sideways.

Garage
here's where i buy my track - https://www.macscustomtiedowns.com/
seats = if you can fabricate, then find anything that's comfortable...if not, then any of the current van seats are your best bet - sprinter, transit, promaster, etc. - because that's what's selling so there should be plenty of aftermarket support.

I have a friend who used Swivel n Go seats from a Chrysler minivan. They were optional 08 to 12. They also have integral belts and a table option.

He cut the floor mounts out and used them.
