Well first of all Karsten welcome back---been a while since we've heard from you. And WOW Mayhem is looking G-R-E-A-T now---kudos!
Regarding those elusive clips---as Regis says they are indeed headliner clips however they're ONLY used on vans with the full upholstered headliners! Typically they're located along the same portion where the rear seat belts attach to the body. I know this now
only because I've recently acquired a 2005 E350 EB with raised roof with that very headliner. Because of this my Ford dealership parts guy nor I thought to look at those trim pieces.
Ford also used the typical barbed stem headliner clips in conjunction with those you show Karsten. Armed with that info a current Ford part number could be easily found and sourced but be prepared for sticker shock--they wouldn't be cheap. HOWEVER if you really really want/need those I've removed they're yours--PM with your shipping address and I'll send what I have--should be a full set however many that is.
So what adventures have you been on using your van ?
