We have a new pop top available!

After a lot of headaches we finally finished a new low profile pop top available in both extended and regular body fords for all of the garageable van folks out there.
The cushions are not in in yet but you get the idea.
Half removable bed that is 52 inches wide and 6 feet 6 inches long. The top up you have about 42 inches of head room while sitting in the bed. Available with all of the usual bells and whistles of the high profile tops. Insulated canvas, led lighting, power lift, Etc etc etc...

Re: We have a new pop top available!

Hi;

Derek that is a slick looking unit. Bed width alone makes it unique.

What material did you use for the tent portion of the poptop?

Regards,

Gavin

That is awesome! I have a fixed top now and always thought the hole was too wide to go with a pop top. It this unit able to fit in the cutout left by a fixed top?

Very nice Derek.

Any ballpark pricing? I.E. $4-7000 depending on options?

Re: We have a new pop top available!

Thanks everyone.
Our tops are 6200 and everything below is included for that price.

white gel coat
Finished headliner
Six led light
Single wall canvas
Power lift operated with remote control and back up rocker panel switch
Bed upholstered to match you interior that folds and flips for more standing room

Options include
Triple wall insulated canvas with a layer of foam.
roof racks
paint to match
fantastic fan
etc etc...
We use Aqualon double wall canvas on all of the tops.
Van diesel yes we can use your van with the roof already cut out that is not an issue.
We can even reuse the top you currently have on your van, and make it a pop top.

Re: We have a new pop top available!

Awesome shape, size, and height! I like how it uses the entire top gutter to gutter and extends all the way to the front. My only concern would be a good seal that close to the front.

Re: We have a new pop top available!

It's all outside the waterproof softwall.

But, it has to seal better to the van sheetmetal than my SMB with ribs under the poptop.

Re: We have a new pop top available!

Looks like a great step forward

Does the one in the pix have the insulated/triple layer option?

Re: We have a new pop top available!

that is sweet, i am enjoying the extra everyday stand up height in my CCV top (16" i think it was) but have also run into "to tall" problems and dragged plenty of tree limbs. never a 100% perfect solution--ha.

i like it
