I have one from Agile Off Road, it fits the wheel well with just a little room for adjustment. I haven't fully installed it yet so I can't speak too much on functionality, etc but I assume it'll do the job and save usable space.

That is brilliant! There is always wasted space in the cabinets of the wheel wells and water tank itself...this takes care of both problems (on one side lol) love that!

24 gallons is substantial - that's just shy of 200 lbs filled. I guess just put it on the opposite side of the gas tank? That's pretty slick otherwise.

There is an RV parts supplier here in Denver that fabricates tanks. I purchased two of there tanks when I was building my food truck and was very happy with them.

I looked at this and other wheel well water tanks when building my water system, but none would have worked with my specific build. I have two pairs of L-track running front to rear, and we have captain's seats on Unwin lockers to facilitate easy reconfiguration (Transformer style). All of the common wheel well tanks run alongside the wheel well on the inner edge, which would interfere with the ability to place a seat alongside of it and severely limit our configurability. I'm sure our situation is a corner case, but something to keep in mind if it applies to your layout. Here are two versions that I found that don't run alongside the wheel well itself:

(Ultimately I built a frame to house 2x Sceptre 5gal tanks, which simplifies filling/winterizing and takes up less space, but that's not really applicable to the OP's post.)

Might be the time to consider the Firestone "bag" kit for the rear...have on mine and adjust it when our water tank (20 gl on drivers side) is full, AND it really helps leveling the rear when finding a spot to camp. Two bags with separate switches for each side. Quadvan put ours in while converting to 4x4...it also has the built in advantage of having a compressor on board. Jon/Quadvan put an extra outlet port so I can use it to air-up as well...slick

I also have the toggles that control each side mounted above the dash for convenience, with the system plumbed into my Extreme Air setup.
As CBT states it comes in handy: Very useful to help level Van to compensate for uneven weight distribution, helps level Van on uneven surfaces when parking, and also works great to increase air pressure while driving windy roads (reduces roll - adds stability).

I used the driver side version with the back open. I wanted to allow room for the factory ac/heating. Modified heater and ac outlet so I could re-route through cabinets.
