we need a bolt in composite panel that doesnt have a flair, just solid fiberglass panel, even one you can put a small port window in and these window vans will become as desireable as the cargo vans. that is what we need. who can make the mold and do a group sale? I am a buyer

I am presently having a blank cut out of 3/16 aluminum for the drivers side rear and the EB little window. If anyone is interested I can post pics once I have them. I am debating if I will remove the glass right away and install or possibly cut out the big blank leaving a 2" frame and have 3" to 4" flares made from the cut out welded like a hood scoop. If not I will proceed with the plan of adding "E" Trac for accessories. I was always concerned of the fiberglass/plastic flares cracking over time due to sunlight making them brittle. I have side pass and driver door window rain guards and the one that gets the most sun cracked and discolored a long time ago.

^^^ I'd be very interested in seeing any photos you have or create related to your fabrication and fitting of such a panel.
