Added some new tail lights to the tops of the doors...

Had fun figuring out how to get it to sweep turn signal with brake lights on..brake wire picked off top brakelight..turns picked off side markers so it will Amber and high res with brakes...but turn signals will make the yellow sweep..and hazards sweep both sides like strobes.

There is a clear advantage to a twin stick. I have a flipped Dana 300 in my XJ Cherokee. I have lockers front and rear. On narrow switch backs the rear wants to push the front. I disengage the rear and pull it around or I disengage the front if I have rear traction and turn normal. I can see how beneficial it would be in a van due to their length. Another advantage of the divorced 205 is you can set it up where both drive shafts are equal length if you set it up that way. This way you can carry a spare shaft that fits both ends, as I do.

Axle is coming along...

It would help if things were shipped in reasonable times and I didn't goof n order wrong parts!!

Still trying to find the right calipers...thought it was supposed to be 08+ e350 front calipers..they fit the upsized 14.5 rotors!! But not the mounts on the axle..

The brake pads are 1/3 bigger than stock!!

Ball joints on one side swapped..new axle u joints..

TorQ locker installed..

But I did score some new comfy seats!! Feel like I'm in my old mustang again!!

Yep ML off-road..they have been done since the 14 but I don't have a tracking number or know if they have even been shipped. He won't reply to messages.

I leave for Moab in 4 weeks..

Update from may 4th!!

Well confirmed tonight that the 14 inch rotors and brake pads will not work with a 17-inch rim there's just not enough clearance and they do lineup to the Dana 60..it was super close but once they got on the mounting brackets that I drilled out on a test knuckle it just wasn't going to work.

. I'm not willing to spend the money to upgrade to a f-450 outer knuckles at the moment. So I'm just going to go ahead and get some good ceramic front pads and some brand new calipers

Today's UPDATE!!

I waited too long to get power stops. I should have had these brakes my whole life!!!!!

Backs on and AWSOME fronts waiting for axle to be installed one brackets arrive..

Front axle fully assembled minus brakeline that are in the box..

I'm ready!!
