Previously these units were only available to OEM's but we have a access to complete Truma Combi Kits (at a signficiantly lower price than importing from the EU, and these units are actually approved for us in US and Canadian RV's.

Thanks for posting this. I’ve followed the Trumas for some time, reading the European blogs, and it has always sounded like a solid piece of machinery.

Maybe getting the Hobbyist Vendor tag (not sure of that process) will help identify your status. Most folks understand the unwritten rule that when someone’s trying to sell something, a whole van or just parts, you don’t tear down their wares or their asking price in the post. Due diligence and haggling can always be done privately in a PM.

Good luck to you!

I'm not sure if the forum still "issues" them, but sending a PM request to Janet H would be your best chance.

Gotcha, I was trying to make lite of things with the Chinese people also living in Germany but I guess you missed it!
I have a Suburban and that was my intent to purchase a diesel Chinese version to replace it for my diesel powered van, with testing as my primary reason. That will not be the case as the $400 is ridiculous and I was unaware of that cost, but I did save shipping on my Chinese tractor tires at Walmart, true but more humour intended. While many of the products imported come from China, Mexico, and many other countries I will say not everything is tin. We have manufacturing issues here in the states as other countries. With this stated to test something is what drives competition and challenges manufacturers to more reasonable prices. To not test any product option, to me is more like cattle herding which is underachieving!

As to the true forgotten question, is the diesel available in the USA or not? If so I may be interested in one.

A understatement but none the less.

Wow. You sell an awesome product at a really fair price. If I wasn't cash poor from buying my SMB, you'd have a few orders from me right now!
