2008 Ford E350 4x4 Quigley Conversion Van
This is a 2008 Ford E350 Conversion 4x4 van that was built by Quigley. It is a open shell inside with the exception of insulation and is ready a interior conversion of your own. 79,100 miles, asking $24,995 Please contact Ian with any questions at (805)459-3208

So, I'm going to guess it is a 5.4L V-8 with only the Quigley 4wd as an option.

let me correct myself; this particular one is equipped with the 6.8L V10
