For whatever reason, conversion vans don't retain their value very well so you can probably find a clean stock one for less than $10k (similar year/motor). You can get a 4x4 conversion done anywhere from $12k-$18k and you would have brand new front suspension components. Going with a known 4x4 converter will also allow you to get better support if anything needed attention.

I wonder how many miles on 4x4- think it just notes brand new Trans? Interior looks dated but accessories on outside new? Well it does say OBO unlike many ads

Owner says the conversion was done less than 5k ago. I think 24k would take it

So to me that sounds like the work was done just to flip it which I don't have a problem with BUT I would want to know it was done right (be sure of what I
was getting as with an Agile or Quigley or...

its nice looking. seats look comfy and the skylight windows are really cool. anyone seen that top before? seems like leaking would be a concern with those skylight wraparound windows. owner should really post conversion pix of his work though. that will worry/concern many going in blind.
