'02 E350 Traveler, 7.3, low miles

Saw this posted in my local CL. I'm pretty sure it is the same one that was posted a few months ago on here. I hate that its just a few miles from me now, but I keep reminding myself that I love my V10...

Morro Bay? It was for sale up in Redding. I take it that whoever owned it moved... Would explain the couple months it was off the market.

If it's the same van, I'm surprised it hasn't gone UP in price.

Then again, being back on the market so soon would give me a little concern.

SMB-less as of 02/04/2012. Our savings account is richer, but our adventures are poorer.
