The trailer doesn't look like theres much space to put anything. Also looks like there is a really small sleeping platform...maybe for a child? What exactly is the draw to these trailers?

Re: '07 Ford SMB (6.0L) w/SMB trailer

Fairly loaded but 90K? No. I wonder about some other things as the list of items is off a bit. It lists a 5.4L SOHC EFI V8 "Triton" and front/rear chrome bumpers Who ever bought it never upgraded anything. It has the older solar controller and I'd bet the old Solara panels which might be delaminating. No winch, no Diesel water heater and no mention of a flat plate. I also didn't see anything listed about propane. 373 gears with a semi-float rear. No Starcool.

I'm thinking the original price new was probably around 100K-105K and the trailer added about 4-5K.

Looks clean though.

I was high bidder yesterday for a few hours! At $1.00.

But someone has outbid me and now it's gone over my budget. Oh well.

Maybe these things will go the way of the Vanagons. Worth more in 20 years than new. I hope so. They are even more limited than Syncros that sold for $120k. I also think that they are more restorable than VW's with all the availability. Lurkers ought to jump before there are no more SMB's available, Kinda like Beach Front Property.

I'm still high bidder and will be for another 50% but it won't make the reserve and I only bid for fun.

Nice rig...but what's up with the dual side ladders? Maybe had some surf boards strapped on?
